Overview of ULTEM AM9085F

An amorphous polyetherimide thermoplastic blend, ULTEM AM9085F is a superpolymer. It also consists of a polycarbonate copolymer blend for improved flow.

Belonging to the superpolymer family, ULTEM AM9085F provides a mix of technical properties. Resistant to hydrolysis, and with the ability for advanced thermal performances, as well as mechanical strength and electrical properties. This pioneering material also features UV-light resistance, and can remain stable under a range of frequencies and temperatures.

Ultimately, ULTEM AM9085F is one of the strongest thermoplastics that can be printed.

Intended for use in fused deposition modelling, components made from ULTEM AM9085F can be printed in as little as 24 hours.

With our Roboze Argo 500 FDM capabilities, we can accurately produce components from ULTEM AM9085F as large as 500 x 500 x 500 mm.
