Overview of Carbon PA

A combination of Nylon 6 and 20% Carbon Fibre, Roboze Carbon PA is a polymer reinforced with the strength, rigidity, and lightness of carbon fibre.

Carbon PA is a composite material, providing a balance of mechanical properties for a diverse range of industrial uses. Its combination of strength, stiffness, and relative lightness ensures Carbon PA is invaluable in manufacturing and engineering contexts.

The strongest carbon fibre-reinforced polymer in the industry, Carbon PA is semi-crystalline with a jet-black finish.

Intended for use in fused deposition modelling, Carbon PA is ideal as a replacement for metals such as aluminium in numerous applications.

With the ability to manufacture components within 24 hours, our Roboze Argo 500 FDM printer has a build envelope of 500 x 500 x 500 mm for Carbon PA.
